1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, or using the website, booking platform, or visiting JP CINEMAS, Chhatarpur (M.P.), the user agrees to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
JP CINEMAS is a concern of LOTUS INFRAREALTY LIMITED, having its registered office at Indore (M.P.).
These Terms & Conditions may be revised, modified, or updated at any time without prior notice.
2. Definitions
- “JP CINEMAS” means the cinema premises operated at Chhatarpur (M.P.).
- “Company” means LOTUS INFRAREALTY LIMITED.
- “User/Customer/Patron” means any person accessing or availing services.
- “Platform” means BookMyShow, website, mobile application, or any booking system.
- “JP CAFE” means the in-cinema food & beverage counter.
3. Ticket Booking (Online & Offline)
- Tickets may be booked through BookMyShow or authorized platforms.
- The user must ensure correctness of booking details before confirmation.
- Tickets once booked are non-transferable and non-resalable.
- JP CINEMAS shall not be responsible for incorrect bookings made by the user.
- Confirmation will be sent via SMS/Email by the booking platform.
4. Entry & Admission Rules
- Valid ticket must be presented for entry.
- Children aged 3 years and above require a separate ticket.
- For films rated “A” (Adults Only), entry is restricted to 18+ with valid government ID proof.
- JP CINEMAS reserves the right to deny entry if rules are not complied with.
5. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Ticket cancellation is subject to the policy of BookMyShow or applicable platform.
- No cancellation shall be allowed within 20 minutes of show start time.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method.
- Convenience fee and applicable taxes are non-refundable.
- No refund shall be provided for missed shows or late entry.
- No cancellation/refund shall be allowed once the customer enters the cinema premises.
6. Food & Beverage (JP CAFE)
- Outside food & beverages are strictly prohibited.
- Food & beverages must be purchased only from JP CAFE.
- Any food ordered from third-party platforms (Zomato, Swiggy, etc.) is not allowed inside.
- F&B items once purchased are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
7. Prohibited Items
The following items are strictly prohibited inside the premises:
- Weapons, inflammable items
- Cigarettes,Paan masala, Gutkha,Tobacco, matchboxes, lighters
- Cameras, recording devices
- Helmets, large bags, outside eatables
JP CINEMAS reserves the right to confiscate such items or deny entry.
8. Conduct & Safety
- Customers must maintain discipline and decorum.
- Entry may be denied or patron removed if:
- under influence of alcohol/drugs
- causing disturbance
- violating rules
No refund shall be provided in such cases.
9. Show Cancellation / Changes
JP CINEMAS reserves the right to:
- cancel
- suspend
- reschedule
any show due to technical, operational, safety, or force majeure reasons.
👉 In such cases, refund of ticket price shall be the sole remedy.
10. Offers, Combos & Gift Cards
- JP CINEMAS may offer food combos, promotional offers, or gift cards from time to time.
- Such offers:
- are subject to specific terms
- cannot be exchanged for cash
- may be withdrawn without notice
- Gift cards (if issued):
- are valid for a limited period
- are non-refundable and non-transferable
11. Data Privacy
User information collected through booking platforms shall be handled in accordance with applicable Indian laws.
By using services, the user consents to data processing.
12. Limitation of Liability
JP CINEMAS / LOTUS INFRAREALTY LIMITED shall not be liable for:
- indirect or incidental damages
- travel or accommodation costs
- inconvenience caused due to show changes
13. Intellectual Property
All trademarks, branding, logos, and content related to JP CINEMAS are the exclusive property of LOTUS INFRAREALTY LIMITED.
14. No Pets Policy
Pets are not allowed inside the cinema premises.
Service animals may be permitted as per law.
15. Film Certification (CBFC Compliance)
All films are certified by CBFC.

Entry rules shall be strictly enforced.
16. Modification of Terms
JP CINEMAS reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time.
Continued use of services implies acceptance of updated terms.
17. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of India.
Courts at Chhatarpur (Madhya Pradesh) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
